Refund & Return Policy

At AMAZARA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is missing parts

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used

  • The product is not in its original condition

  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear

  • The return request is made after 7 days

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@amazara.in or WhatsApp us with your order number.

  2. Share photos or videos of the issue for quick verification.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or send a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original method of payment

  • Within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

For COD orders, refunds are processed to your bank account or UPI.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
