At AMAZARA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns if:

Return Process

Share photos or videos of the issue for quick verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or send a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued:

To the original method of payment

Within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
For COD orders, refunds are processed to your bank account or UPI.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
