Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are shipped the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes:

• 2–5 days for major cities

• 5–7 days for other locations

Delays may occur due to courier issues, remote locations, or holidays.

COD is available across most pin codes in India.
Additional COD fees may apply depending on courier availability.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Attempts

Couriers will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your package.
If the delivery fails, the order may be returned to us.

Damage During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

• Take photos or videos

• Contact us within 48 hours

• We will arrange a replacement or refund
